Below is the End User License Agreement for the current release of StockZuse.
STOCKZUSE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the StockZuse software (“StockZuse” or the “Software”), developed and owned by TruVes Systems LLC (“TruVes”) of Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, USA.
By installing, accessing, or using StockZuse, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
StockZuse is licensed, not sold.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TruVes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StockZuse for your personal investment research and evaluation.
All ownership rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, and other rights in StockZuse remain with TruVes Systems LLC.
2. Early Access Edition
The Early Access Edition of StockZuse is prerelease software provided free of charge for evaluation purposes.
Each Early Access release expires 120 days after the release date of that particular version. The expiration period is based on the Software’s release date, not the date on which you download or install it. After the expiration date, that version of StockZuse may cease to function.
TruVes may make updated versions available, but is under no obligation to release an update, replacement version, commercial edition, or any particular feature.
Because the Early Access Edition is prerelease software, it may contain errors, incomplete features, calculation errors, compatibility issues, or other defects. Features, calculations, scoring methods, data sources, system requirements, and other aspects of StockZuse may be modified before a commercial release.
TruVes Systems LLC reserves the right to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, availability, or other characteristics of future versions of StockZuse.
3. Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, circumvent licensing or expiration mechanisms, or create derivative works from any part of StockZuse except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software or rights granted under this Agreement without prior written permission from TruVes Systems LLC.
4. Feedback and Diagnostic Information
StockZuse may provide a voluntary feedback feature that allows you to submit comments, problem reports, and other information to TruVes Systems LLC.
When you use this feature, StockZuse may securely transmit information associated with your submission, including your public IP address, operating system, computer hardware information, StockZuse version and edition, diagnostic or error information, and information you voluntarily enter into the feedback form.
Do not include confidential, sensitive, or personally identifying information in a feedback submission unless it is necessary to describe the issue you are reporting.
5. Usage and Analytics Information
StockZuse may transmit limited usage and analytics information to TruVes Systems LLC to help evaluate the Early Access Edition, understand how the Software is being used, identify problems, and improve StockZuse.
This information may include the StockZuse version and edition, operating system, application events, and information about analyses performed using the Software, such as the company ticker, analysis date, and resulting ZuseScore or related analysis results.
Usage and analytics information is intended to provide TruVes Systems LLC with information about the operation and use of StockZuse. It is not intended to collect information about your brokerage accounts, investment holdings, financial accounts, passwords, or other financial account credentials.
By using the Early Access Edition of StockZuse, you acknowledge that this usage and analytics information may be transmitted to TruVes Systems LLC as part of the operation and evaluation of the Software.
6. Investment Research and Information
The information, research methods, calculations, scores, rankings, reports, screening methods, and other content provided through StockZuse or related StockZuse materials on the TruVes website are provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only.
TruVes Systems LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
Nothing provided by TruVes Systems LLC or StockZuse constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security or investment.
7. StockZuse and ZuseScore
StockZuse is an investment research and analysis tool designed to help users organize and evaluate financial and market information using defined research methods.
ZuseScore is an analytical scoring methodology. A ZuseScore represents the result of applying defined calculations and scoring rules to financial data available for a particular analysis.
A ZuseScore does not represent an investment recommendation, price target, prediction, valuation, or guarantee of future performance.
StockZuse may also provide research processes, screening methods, market-category analysis, rankings, and other tools intended to help users identify areas or securities for further research. These outputs should not be interpreted as recommendations to invest.
The calculations and results produced by StockZuse depend upon the data available at the time of analysis. Missing, unavailable, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or subsequently revised financial or market data may affect individual metrics, rankings, calculations, reports, and ZuseScore results.
8. Investment Decisions
All investment decisions remain the responsibility of the individual investor.
StockZuse does not consider an individual user’s financial circumstances, investment objectives, portfolio composition, tax situation, investment experience, liquidity needs, or tolerance for risk.
You are responsible for independently evaluating information produced by StockZuse before relying upon it for an investment decision.
Users should perform their own research and, when appropriate, consult a qualified financial, tax, or legal professional before making investment decisions.
9. Investment Risk
Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all invested principal.
Past performance is not a guarantee or reliable indication of future results. Historical growth, financial performance, market rankings, scores, or other measurements may not continue in the future.
No investment result, return, profit, or protection against loss is guaranteed by TruVes Systems LLC or StockZuse.
10. Data Accuracy and Availability
StockZuse may rely upon financial, market, regulatory, or other information obtained from third-party or public data sources.
Although StockZuse is designed to process this information according to defined calculations and methodologies, TruVes Systems LLC does not guarantee that source data is complete, current, accurate, available, or free from errors.
Financial information may be restated, revised, delayed, reported under different accounting standards, or unavailable for particular companies or periods.
You should verify information that is material to an investment decision using appropriate primary or independent sources.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOCKZUSE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TRUVES SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TRUVES SYSTEMS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT STOCKZUSE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, THAT ALL SOFTWARE OR CALCULATION ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT INFORMATION OR RESULTS PRODUCED BY STOCKZUSE WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUVES SYSTEMS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, STOCKZUSE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES, INVESTMENT OR TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM DECISIONS MADE USING INFORMATION, CALCULATIONS, SCORES, REPORTS, OR OTHER OUTPUT PRODUCED BY STOCKZUSE.
These limitations apply even if TruVes Systems LLC has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Termination
Your license to use StockZuse automatically terminates if you materially violate the terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination or expiration of your license, you must cease using the applicable Software except where continued use is permitted by a subsequent license or version provided by TruVes Systems LLC.
14. Export Compliance
You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise make StockZuse available in violation of applicable United States export control or sanctions laws and regulations.
15. Governing Law
If you are located in the United States, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If you are located outside the United States, applicable local laws may provide rights or requirements that cannot legally be excluded by this Agreement.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and TruVes Systems LLC concerning your use of StockZuse and supersedes prior statements or understandings concerning the licensing and use of the Software, except for any separate written agreement expressly entered into between you and TruVes Systems LLC.
Your use of StockZuse is also subject to any applicable privacy notices or other terms expressly identified by TruVes Systems LLC as governing a particular service or feature.
