I could not and would not go to a doctor without carrying a copy of my MedZuse report. It removes all the guess work when asked a question. This app is easy to use. You can store all your medical information easily, including documents, and retrieve at the click of a button within the Reports feature. No more need to go to individual files on your computer to search for and print the documents you need. This does it all for you. It also records your BP measurements (though you do have to manually enter them), medications, physician information, and SO much more. Worth giving it a try, even if you don’t opt for the Pro version. I have been using the Pro version since July, 2025 and this has truly helped me keep track of all my medical information. Support staff has truly been incredibly responsive and I have made many recommendations that they have implemented. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Have been looking for something like this forever as your program has everything you need to keep track of your medical needs.
