Welcome to the BPTrakr Help Manual — your guide to using BPTrakr Blood Pressure Tracker for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

BPTrakr helps you track blood pressure readings, monitor trends over time, and create printable blood pressure charts and professional PDF reports for doctor appointments. In addition to blood pressure readings, BPTrakr can also track weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), pulse pressure (PP), Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP), blood glucose, oxygen saturation, medications, and more.

Whether you are managing hypertension, monitoring your health at home, or preparing reports for your healthcare provider, BPTrakr is designed to help you organize your readings in a clear and easy-to-understand format.

What Is BPTrakr?

BPTrakr is blood pressure tracking software for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Unlike online health portals or cloud-based tracking services, BPTrakr runs directly on your computer and stores your data locally for privacy and offline access.

Important Backup Information

To help protect your information, it is important to regularly back up your BPTrakr data.

You can back up your data by exporting a BPTrakr data file  for each user profile. If you use the Medications List feature, export your Medications List data separately as part of your backup routine (see How to Export the Medications List).

For best protection, exported backup files should be stored on a portable drive or secure cloud storage service.

BPTrakr Editions

BPTrakr is available in two editions: Free Edition and Pro Edition.

The Free Edition allows you to track and store unlimited blood pressure readings with no time limit. BPTrakr Pro Edition adds advanced features such as watermark-free reports, medications management, and additional reporting options.
