Important Note
It’s important to frequently back up your BPTrakr database. To do this, export a BPTrakr data file for each username. If you use the Medications List feature, you should back up that data separately by regularly exporting a Medications List data file for each username.
For best results, exported files should be saved to a portable drive or a cloud storage service. Failing to back up your data by exporting and safely storing these data files may result in the permanent loss of your important information.
