How to Add a Medication to the Medications List
Step 1: On the Medications screen, click the Add Medication button (the green plus-sign icon). The Medication Record screen will appear.

Step 2: On the Medication Record screen, the following fields are available:
- Medication (required)
- Dosage
- Frequency
- Prescriber
- Date Started
- Date Ended
- Reason/Note
Tips:
- The medication will display as “1/2 Tablet” when you enter 0.5 as number of tablets in the Frequency field of the Medications Record.
- The medication will display as “1/4 Tablet” when you enter 0.25 as number of tablets in the Frequency field of the Medications Record.

Step 3: After completing the desired fields, on the right-hand side of the Medication Record screen, click on the Save button to save the record.
Tip: Alternatively, you can press the Enter key on the keyboard while the cursor is positioned at any field, to save the record.

The new Medication record will now appear in the list.

Repeat the steps above to add more records to the list.
