End User License Agreement

MEDZUSE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA):

TruVes Systems LLC, of Bridgeport, Pennsylvania is the owner, developer and sole copyright holder of this software, which is licensed, not sold, to you on a non-exclusive basis.

By using the MedZuse software, you are agreeing to be bound to all the terms of this license agreement.

The MedZuse software can be used free-of-charge, however, the functionality of some product features requires the purchase and installation of a Pro License key.

You may install a Pro License key on only one(1) computer for each Pro License key purchased.

You agree not to share your MedZuse software license key(s) with anyone.

You agree to only use the license key(s) provided directly to you via the TruVes.com website.

You may transfer your MedZuse license key(s) to another person only after receiving written authorization from TruVes Systems LLC and only if the recipient agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

You agree to allow the MedZuse software to securely transmit information required to validate and install your license key(s).

By using the feedback feature of the MedZuse software, you agree to allow the MedZuse software to securely transmit information including, but not limited to, your public IP address, operating system, computer hardware, software version, and any information you provide in the feedback submission.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or modify any part of the MedZuse software.

TruVes Systems LLC reserves the right to cancel the license key(s) of any user who TruVes Systems LLC determines is in violation of this agreement.

You agree that it is your sole responsibility to back up data stored within the MedZuse database. To ensure data security and continuity, you should regularly export a MedZuse data file for each user profile.

If you choose to encrypt your data using a password and PIN, you agree that it is entirely your responsibility to securely store and remember this information. TruVes Systems LLC cannot recover encrypted data if the password or PIN is lost.

If you purchased your license key(s) directly from the TruVes.com website, it is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. A qualified refund must be initiated by you, the end user, by removing the active license key from the MedZuse app. Instructions for obtaining a refund via license key removal is available in the MedZuse Help Manual on the TruVes.com website.

TruVes Systems LLC reserves the right at any time not to release a new release of the MedZuse software or, if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the commercial release.

If your local government requires payment of sales tax, use tax, VAT or any other kind of tax as a result of the purchase of your MedZuse License Key(s), unless we collected that tax at the time of the purchase, you are responsible for paying that tax.

THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND TRUVES SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.

IN NO EVENT WILL TRUVES SYSTEMS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF WE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

If you are located in the United States this agreement is subject to the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. If you are located outside the United States local law may apply. Some states do not allow the exclusion of warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree that you will not export or re-export any part of the MedZuse software to any country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S.A. export restrictions.
