General Improvements and Changes

Now you can toggle the “Include in Report” option directly from the Documents and Images list

  • The Include in Report column in the Documents and Images list is now interactive — you can click it to toggle whether an item is included in the report.

Redesigned Feedback window

  • The Feedback window has been updated with an improved layout, clearer input fields, and a larger message area, making it easier to submit questions, suggestions, and report issues.

Added “Next Appointment Date” to Doctor Visits

  • Quickly see your upcoming appointment at a glance.
  • The “Next Appointment Date” is also included in the Doctor Visits table in reports.

Doctor Visit records now save faster

  • Improved how Doctor Visit records are saved, resulting in faster performance and a smoother experience when adding or updating visits.

Improved Surgery and Procedure Save Performance

  • Surgery and Procedure records now save faster, providing a smoother experience when adding or updating entries.

Improved License Purchase Checkout Experience

  • User provided email now always pre-populates the checkout form.
  • Simplified instructions on in-app license purchase form.

Added upgrade dialogs for premium features

  • Free Edition users will now see an upgrade dialog when accessing premium features from the Create Report, Documents and Images, and History sections. These dialogs provide clear guidance on upgrading to unlock full functionality.

Added logging for License installations

  • Improved internal logging during license installation to help diagnose issues and ensure a more reliable activation process.

Improved handling for invalid Report Output Folder

  • Added validation for the report output folder. If the selected folder is unavailable or not writable, the report is automatically saved to the Desktop.

“Type” field in Surgeries & Procedures can now be cleared

  • You can now deselect the “Type” field to leave it blank when adding or editing a record.

Bug Fixes

  • FIXED: In some cases, you get the error: “File is in use” when importing a data file.
  • FIXED: The license expiration notice launched before Main window was loaded
  • FIXED: In some cases, the Vaccinations table in the report could overlap content on the following page.
  • FIXED: On the Medications list, when editing a medication with a Start Date, updating the On Hand Quantity could result in an immediate reduction of the displayed quantity. The value now remains unchanged on the same day and only updates based on daily usage.
  • FIXED: In Surgeries & Procedures, newly added entries could be saved twice.
  • FIXED: In Surgeries & Procedures, newly added entries were not being saved to the top of the list as expected.
