Accessing the Family Medical History List
The Family Medical History List is accessible only when you upgrade to the Pro Edition of Medzuse.
To access the Family Medical History List: On the toolbar, click on the History button and select Family Medical History from the dropdown list. The Family Medical History screen will appear.
Editing the Family Medical History List
The Family Medical History List can be edited the following ways:
- Add a Record to the Family Medical History List
- Edit a Record on the Family Medical History List
- Delete a Record in a List
- Delete Multiple Records in a List
