  • With the new Note Window, you can enter and view an unlimited amount of text for each record.
  • The window can also be resized to your preference.
  • The new Note Window can be accessed from the Blood Pressure Reading screen or the Rapid Entry screen.

Accessing the new Note Window

  • To access the Note Window from the Blood Pressure Reading screen, click the “pop-up” icon on the Note field.

Viewing a Lengthy Note on the Data Screen

  • To view the full text of a lengthy note in the Note column on the Data screen, simply hover your mouse cursor over the row containing the note. A tooltip will appear, displaying the complete content of the note entered for that record.

Extended Notes are now fully viewable on the BPTrakr Report

  • Lengthy notes, in-line with other record data, are now fully viewable on the BPTrakr Report.
  • Because of this improvement, the option to View Notes Separately has been removed from the Report Configuration Window.

Added a Data Access Policy for BPTrakr

  • All data entered into the BPTrakr app remains permanently accessible to users. This includes previously entered data, which is viewable at all times—regardless of whether you are using the Free Edition or the Pro Edition of BPTrakr.
  • The Medications List feature requires an active Pro Edition license. While previously entered medication data will always remain viewable, a Pro Edition license is needed to add or edit entries and to generate reports that include the Medications List.
  • It is the user’s sole responsibility to back up data stored in the BPTrakr database. To ensure data security and continuity, users should regularly export a BPTrakr data file for each username. If you use the Medications List feature, be sure to back up that data separately (see How to Export the Medications List). For optimal protection, store these exported files securely—either on a portable drive or in a trusted cloud storage service. Failure to export and safely store your data may result in the permanent loss of critical information.

For Windows Users Only: The BPTrakr Data files have been moved to the AppData folder

  • We have moved the BPTrakr Data files from the ProgramData system folder to the AppData system folder. This move should prevent any permissions issues, which may cause the BPTrakr database to become read-only and prevent new entries.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: An error occurred during the license installation process when a user attempted to install a license that already existed.
