BPTrakr Data Access Policy
All data entered into the BPTrakr app remains permanently accessible to users. This includes previously entered data, which is viewable at all times—regardless of whether you are using the Free Edition or the Pro Edition of BPTrakr.
The Medications List feature requires an active Pro Edition license. While previously entered medication data will always remain viewable, a Pro Edition license is needed to add or edit entries and to generate reports that include the Medications List.
It is the user’s sole responsibility to back up data stored in the BPTrakr database. To ensure data security and continuity, users should regularly export a BPTrakr data file for each username. If you use the Medications List feature, be sure to back up that data separately (see How to Export the Medications List). For optimal protection, store these exported files securely—either on a portable drive or in a trusted cloud storage service. Failure to export and safely store your data may result in the permanent loss of critical information.
